Cosplay pre-judging will take place Saturday morning.
Cosplay show will take place Saturday night.
Requirements: - Reference pictures are required. Our judges have not seen every anime, manga, and video game in the world. A reference picture will increase your chances of winning.
- Skits will require a script and details during pre-judging so content can be reviewed. Adult content will not be tolerated.
- Skits can be no longer than 3 minutes. NO EXCEPTIONS! If you run over time you will be escorted off the stage and your skit disqualified.
- No adult content in costumes or skits. You will be disqualified from the competition and (depending on the offense) possible ejected from PersaCon.
- Costumes must be made by the individual entering (or at least 1 member if in a group) or if made by another they must be present at pre-judging, or have a written consent form.

Child awards and Judges' awards will also be given.
All categories are judged for overall quality of costume, presentation, props (if any), and likeness to character.
